Pricing
Do you charge per entry or per user?

No. Evessio is flat-fee — you pay one annual fee regardless of how many entries you receive or how many users access the platform.

Are there any additional fees?

No additional fees are charged by Evessio. Payment gateway transaction fees from your chosen provider may apply.

How is pricing structured?

Your price is based on your module (Awards, Conference, or Combined), the number of programmes you run, and your service tier. We'll put together a tailored quote once we understand your requirements.

Does it work for conferences as well as awards?

Yes. Evessio has a dedicated Awards module and a Conference module, and organisations who run both can manage everything from a single platform.

Do I need technical knowledge to use it?

No. Evessio is built to be managed by the events team without developer support — the CMS, entry management, judging, and communications are all designed for non-technical users.

Can we clone our programme for next year?

Yes — in minutes. Every programme can be cloned and relaunched. Your categories, entry criteria, scoring structure, and branding are preserved. Just update the dates.
